WHAT TO EXPECT
What your skin will actually feel - and when.
These are specific, honest milestones. Not "glowing skin in 30 days" copy. What changes, for which skin type, and at what point in consistent daily use.
FROM DAY ONE
The tight-after-cleansing feeling stops.
Skin feels less tight within an hour of first application. The gel-jelly absorbs in under 30 seconds - no greasy residue, no wait time. If your barrier was compromised from over-exfoliation or harsh products, the calming starts here. Under makeup and SPF without pilling.
Oily, combination, and sensitive skin - all skin types
WEEK 2
Sebum regulation and pigmentation correction begin.
The T-zone becomes visibly less oily by mid-afternoon. Skin starts to even. Post-acne marks - the brownish pigmentation that persists after breakouts - begin to fade at the edges. This is the Niacinamide at 4% working, calibrated for Indian skin phenotypes rather than the 10%+ that risks flushing.
Particularly visible on Indian skin -Fitzpatrick III-VI
MONTH 3 ONWARDS
Skin holds moisture. All day.
Skin stays consistently plumper and more hydrated through an office day, air conditioning, and heat. This is the LMW Hyaluronic Acid working at the dermal level - not a surface film that evaporates, but structural hydration from within. Pigmentation continues to reduce. Skin is less reactive to weather and environment changes.

WHY MOST MOISTURISERS UNDER-DELIVER
Most moisturisers work on the surface. Not the skin beneath.
It is not about the brand. It is about how the actives were chosen - and at what dose for which skin type.
MOST MOISTURISERS
Hydrate the surface - and stop there
- Standard high molecular weight HA forms a surface film - it cannot cross the epidermis to hydrate at a cellular level
- Niacinamide at 10%+ - effective, but above the flush-risk threshold for Indian skin phenotypes (Fitzpatrick III-VI)
- Emollients that sit on top, creating a layer that can clog pores on oily and combination skin
- Actives chosen at concentrations that appear on the label - not at the dose they function
JUHST HYDREME
Formulated to reach the dermis
- Low molecular weight Sodium Hyaluronate — penetrates the epidermis to hydrate at a cellular level. Structural hydration, not surface film
- Niacinamide at 4% — the effective range for Indian skin without flush risk. Not a smaller dose, the right dose.
- Gel-jelly base with no pore-clogging emollients — absorbs fully, layers cleanly under SPF
- Every active at the dose it needs to function for Indian skin, not the minimum detectable on a label
WHAT IS IN IT — AND WHY
Six actives. Each earns its place.
No trace amounts. No label fillers. If it appears in Hydréme, it is at the dose it needs to function for Indian skin.
NaturePep Ganoderma
1%BARRIER REPAIR + COLLAGEN
Published data on the Ganoderma Lucidum Peptide shows +195% collagen gene expression, +30% wrinkle volume, +8.4% melanin at Day 28. Rich in beta-glucans. The same active in Serum Trinité — because the science applies regardless of formulation vehicle.
Niacinamide
4%SEBUM REGULATION + TONE
Inhibits melanosome transfer, regulates sebum, reinforces barrier. 4% is the functional range for Indian skin (Fitzpatrick III-VI) — effective without the flush risk that concentrations above 5% can cause. This one number differentiates Hydréme from every generic 10% product.
Sodium Hyaluronate
LMW 1%DEEP HYDRATION
Low molecular weight. Penetrates beyond the surface to work at cellular level. Different in mechanism from the standard high molecular weight HA that is most common — not marketing language. Structural chemistry.
Centella Asiatica
1%POST-ACNE REPAIR
Asiaticoside and madecassoside fractions. Anti-inflammatory and wound-healing. Specifically effective for post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation — the dark marks left after acne on Indian skin. At 1%, not a trace amount.
Licorice Root
ACTIVEMELANIN INHIBITOR
Glabridin inhibits tyrosinase — the enzyme responsible for melanin production. Combined with Niacinamide, the pigmentation-correction effect is compounded. Anti-inflammatory for sensitised skin.
Vitamin E
ANTIOXIDANTBARRIER INTEGRITY
Lipid-soluble antioxidant. Protects against the surface to work at cellular level. The dermal level at which barrier repair becomes lasting.

APPLICATION
How to use Hydréme
01
CLEANSE
Apply on slightly damp skin after cleansing — LMW Hyaluronic Acid binds water more effectively when the skin surface retains some moisture. Pat dry, do not completely dry.
02
TREAT (OPTIONAL)
If using Serum Trinité, apply the serum first. Allow 60 seconds to absorb. Hydréme then seals in the serum actives and prevents transepidermal water loss from the treated skin.
03
MOISTURISE
Use the metal spatula (included) for hygiene. Coin-sized amount for face and neck. Absorbs in under 30 seconds. Follow with SPF in the morning — it will not pill under it.
QUESTIONS
Frequently asked
The effective range for sebum regulation and pigmentation correction in Niacinamide is 2–5%. Concentrations above 5% increase the risk of flushing — temporary redness that is particularly common in Indian skin phototypes (Fitzpatrick III–V). At 4%, Hydréme is in the functional window without that risk. This is a deliberate formulation decision for Indian skin, not a cost decision. 4% is not a smaller dose. It is the right dose.
After cleansing on damp skin, before SPF. If using Serum Trinité, apply the serum first (60 seconds), then Hydréme, then SPF. The gel-jelly texture is tested to not pill under sunscreen — a common frustration with heavier moisturisers. In the evening, serum + Hydréme is the complete step. No additional moisturiser needed.
Standard HA in most moisturisers is high molecular weight — it sits on the skin surface and creates a hydration film that cannot penetrate the epidermis. Hydréme uses low molecular weight (LMW) Sodium Hyaluronate, which is small enough to cross the epidermis and hydrate at a cellular level. The hydration is structural. The result lasts longer because it is not just a film that evaporates. Same ingredient name on the label. Completely different mechanism.
Yes — and it was specifically formulated with oily and combination Indian skin in mind. The gel-jelly texture contains no heavy emollients or pore-clogging ingredients. Niacinamide at 4% actively regulates sebum production. Most people with oily skin find Hydréme is the first moisturiser that does not make their skin look or feel worse. It absorbs in under 30 seconds and leaves no residue.
Yes. Centella Asiatica at 1% and Niacinamide at 4% together actively calm sensitised skin. The formula is free of fragrance, sulphates, and parabens. If your barrier is currently compromised from over-exfoliation or harsh actives, Hydréme is designed to help repair it. Start with once-daily use and build to twice-daily as tolerated over the first week.
